Gentle Yoga for Stress Relief

Kami has practiced yoga since she was a little girl, when her mom taught her headstands. Her first yoga teacher training was Iyengar-influenced Hatha yoga taught by Richard Rosen and Mary Paffard. Her advanced training to become a yoga therapist, with the International SomaYoga Institute, is underway. A professional member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, she has specialized training in Psychological First Aid and Trauma-Informed Care., as well as nutritional studies.  Kami specializes in Gentle Yoga for Stress Relief, now 100% online. Prior to the current shelter-in-place orders, she taught multiple in-person classes per week to people ages 4-94, in schools, libraries, and senior centers, to groups from 10- to 90-strong.

Kami and her husband John are the founders of GNTL yoga.
